In the case of group visit organisers, data may be retained to facilitate the processing of repeat orders.  Our suppliers’ and contractors’ data are retained until our relationship with them is terminated, in order to facilitate further orders.  Our employees’ data are retained until the termination of the employment, and for any statutory retention period afterwards.

Individuals whose personal data we process have the right to be informed about this processing; the right of access to these data; the right to rectification of inaccurate data; the right to erasure (‘the right to be forgotten’); in certain circumstances, the right to restriction of processing of the data; if circumstances are applicable, the right to data portability; in certain circumstances the right to object to the processing of the data; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in the United Kingdom is the Office of the Information Commissioner.

In the case of individuals with whom we have a contract, the contract may oblige the individuals to provide us with personal data as part of the performance of the terms of the contract. In certain circumstances we may be obliged by statute to ask individuals for personal data.

We do not process personal data by automated decision-making methods.
